se fera dans un esprit contemporain.<\/li><li>\u00c0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, les espaces verts utilis\u00e9s en commun, les surfaces imperm\u00e9abilis\u00e9es et les places de parking seront Cela s&#8217;explique \u00e9galement par le fait que les travaux de r\u00e9novation du b\u00e2timent impliqueront l&#8217;utilisation de substances nocives, ce qui pr\u00e9sente des risques pour la sant\u00e9.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, la r\u00e9siliation au 30 avril 2026 de tous les contrats de location existants est in\u00e9vitable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p>Nous regrettons vivement de devoir entreprendre cette d\u00e9marche et sommes conscients des cons\u00e9quences consid\u00e9rables de cette r\u00e9siliation pour les locataires. C\u2019est pourquoi nous proposons \u00e0 tous les locataires la possibilit\u00e9 de prolonger le contrat de location au-del\u00e0 de la date de r\u00e9siliation ordinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En signant et renvoyant l\u2019<strong>accord de prolongation<\/strong> ci-joint avant le 15 d\u00e9cembre 2025, vous pouvez prolonger le contrat de location pour une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au 30 juin 2027 au plus tard. Si aucune prolongation n\u2019est convenue, le contrat de location prendra fin le 30 avril 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p>Avec l\u2019accord de prolongation, le ou la locataire confirme \u00e0 la propri\u00e9taire qu\u2019il ou elle quittera l\u2019appartement avant le 30 juin 2027 sans pouvoir se pr\u00e9valoir de quelconques autres droits. En contrepartie, la propri\u00e9taire octroie un d\u00e9lai de 14&nbsp;mois pour trouver un nouvel appartement. De plus, elle donne au ou \u00e0 la locataire le droit de quitter l\u2019appartement \u00e0 court terme (dans un d\u00e9lai d\u2019un mois) sans cons\u00e9quences financi\u00e8res.
